Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, landing pages, SMS messaging programs, and related services operated by MGT and Mgt Negocios Digitais LTDA ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, browsing our sites, or opting in to SMS messages, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use our services or subscribe to our SMS program.

SMS Program & Consent

When you provide your mobile number and consent (including checking an opt-in box where shown), you authorize us to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to that number, as described at the point of collection.

• Consent is not a condition of purchase unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• Program types may include transactional updates (e.g., order status) and marketing messages about our products and promotions.
• We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), FCC rules, and CTIA guidelines for commercial messaging.

Message Frequency & Carrier Charges

Message frequency varies; marketing messages will not exceed approximately four (4) per week unless a specific campaign discloses a different frequency.

Opt-Out (STOP)

You may cancel marketing SMS at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. You may receive a one-time confirmation. After that, we will not send further marketing texts to that number unless you re-opt-in.

Transactional messages related to an active order or legal notices may still be sent where permitted by law.

Help (HELP)

Reply HELP to any message for assistance or contact support@mgtdg.com.

Products, Orders & Site Use

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability may change. You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders or signing up for communications.

You may not misuse our sites or messaging channels (including scraping, unauthorized access, or sending unlawful content). We may suspend access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Health & FDA Disclaimers

Statements about our dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider about health decisions.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

Our services and content are provided as is and as available to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or SMS program.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted.
