By providing your mobile phone number and submitting our SMS sign-up form, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from MGT. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Your consent is captured in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, FCC regulations, and CTIA short-code/10DLC messaging guidelines.
Program Description
MGT operates a 10DLC SMS program that sends:
- Transactional messages: order confirmations, shipping updates, account notifications.
- Marketing messages: product news, promotions, and wellness tips related to our products.
- Service messages: compliance notifications and account-related notices.
Message Frequency & Carrier Disclaimer
Message frequency varies but does not exceed approximately 4 messages per week. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Compatible with major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and others.
STOP & HELP Keywords
To unsubscribe at any time, reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further marketing texts will be sent. You may continue to receive transactional messages required to fulfill an active order.
For help, reply HELP to any text message and you will receive instructions and our support contact details.
Carrier rates apply. Standard SMS and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received. Rates vary by carrier and plan. Contact your wireless provider for details.
Your TCPA Rights
- Receive a clear opt-in disclosure at sign-up.
- Revoke consent any time by replying STOP.
- Have consent independent of any purchase obligation.

Business Transfers

How to Submit a Request
Contact us using the information in the Contact Us section. We will verify your identity before processing the request. You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.
Response timeline: We respond to verified requests within 45 days, with a possible 45-day extension when reasonably necessary. We will explain any limitations in our response.

Children's Privacy
MGT services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
- All users must be at least 18 years old.
- We do not knowingly market to or solicit information from minors.
- Users under 18 are not permitted to subscribe to our SMS messaging program.
- If we become aware that a user is under 18, we will delete their information.

Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will notify you of material changes by:
- Posting the updated policy with a revised "Last Updated" date.
- Sending an SMS notification when applicable.
- Requiring renewed consent depending on the nature of changes.
Material changes affecting your rights or our use of your information take effect at least 30 days after notice. Your continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

Response Time
